Natural Trace is a food tech startup that enables food, cosmetic, fragrance, personal care and pharmaceutical brands to build trust with product transparency and share their origin information. Their microbial traceability tags help trace products along every stage of the supply chain.

Their Challenge

Natural Trace was founded during the Covid-19 pandemic after its founders were inspired by PCR testing technology to create a supply chain traceability solution. As a startup based on novel and cutting-edge technology, Natural Trace approached Firebelly to educate investors on the need for greater supply chain traceability in the market, and express how their product achieves this goal.

Our Solution

Firebelly facilitated discussions to define the core of Natural Trace’s brand, including carving out their vision and mission. We then streamlined the focus of their messaging by centering their communication around this core philosophy. This included articulating the existing problems with supply chain traceability, as well as Natural Trace’s solution to these problems.

As Natural Trace’s technology is complex, we also decoded their process in an innovation story to convey its novelty and efficacy succinctly to all stakeholders.
