We began by defining a brand manifesto to define the core purpose of their business. This helped Mednefits identify the sweet spot for their brand messaging. Through rebuilding their company credential presentation, as well as refining their brand tone and persona, we devised strategic brand communication that would appeal to their target audience.
We also strengthened their internal culture from the inside out through an internal branding workshop. This ensured brand consistency as they expanded within the region.
